Delivery charges within the United Kingdom mainland are based on the value of the order placed.

All delivery charges are subject to 17.5% VAT which will be added at checkout.

J B Sales Ltd will dispatch goods within 2 business days. In the event of an item being out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of order or during the next business day.

Large items will be dispatched on a next day service by courier. Small items with a value below £41 will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service. Small items with a value above £41 will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery service. All of our delivery services include insurance for loss or damage in transit.

J B Sales Ltd will accept returns of unused and unopened items within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a refund once we have received the goods back and checked them. Delivery charges will not be refunded, and returns will be at the cost of the customer. Please include your invoice number with any returns for our reference. Please make sure that items are safely packaged and insured. J B Sales Ltd will not be liable for refunds on items which are lost or damaged in transit while being returned for refund.
